Parker Ranch Connector Road Groundbreaking is scheduled for 5/1/09. This is the road that in 1991 Richard Smart promised the Waimea community would be in place before any development would occur in Waimea Town Center. After his death that promise was "withdrawn" by Parker Ranch Co. This road is now scheduled for completion by May 2010, as required in a settlement I negotiated with PArker Ranch on behalf of two Waimea residents Laverne Till and Jan Herron-Whitehead.
